Travel Information
Flights
There are multiple flights to Bali (DPS Bali Denpasar) and flights should be released at least a year prior to the wedding so the sooner you book the cheaper the flights should be, so we'll send you a reminder once they're released. The average cost can range between (£600-£750)
Please make sure you have over 6 months left on your passport before you're due to leave Bali
to ensure you can get into the country.
Accommodation
Bali is known for it's super affordable hotel/villa prices so you'll be spoilt for choice. Given the longevity of the flight and if you want to travel around the island, we recommend that you stay for at least 10 - 14 days. See our recommended itinerary here to find out more about different areas to visit and activities to do. You can use booking.com to get an idea of hotel and villa pricing.
Hotels near our wedding venue
We're providing mini buses for our wedding on the day to take you to and from the venue from your hotel. If you'd like to travel via our mini buses then you can stay at any of the three hotels below for the wedding, Canguu is an ideal area to stay in for easy access for the wedding. (We'd recommend only staying in the Canguu area for a few days for the wedding so don't book to stay here for your whole holiday if you want to explore Bali to it's fullest). Please see our recommended itinerary for more information.
However if you're staying in a different area or want to stay in a different hotel, then please make sure you arrange your own transport to the venue. You will also be able to arrange transport back to your accommodation with the staff at the wedding venue on the day.

Anyone with children/babies aged 15 or under can only attend the evening part of the wedding (unless you've been told otherwise directly by the bride or groom).

No phones out at the ceremony, only our photographers to take photos during this part but you're welcome to take as many as you want afterwards.

If you need any assistance at the wedding please ask the staff not the bride or groom.

Do not bring a plus one to the ceremony unless personally invited.

No big personal announcements (proposals/pregnancies etc.)
Evening guests
Due to limited seating capacity at the venue the ceremony and first part of our wedding will be intimate with our immediate family and friends, we are inviting our extended family and friends who still want to join us for the fun part of our wedding to our evening celebration, where there will still be plenty of food, alcohol music and entertainment! Timings will be confirmed closer to the time.

Our Journey
We both met over 8 years ago through our friend Jade (maid of honour) and have been together ever since, we are each others first loves. We've gone through Uni together, starting our careers, moved into our first flat, raising a dog, renovated a house together and are expecting our first baby together which is our biggest adventure yet.
We love to travel and have been on 12 amazing trips together and our favourite place in the world is Bali which is why we want to share it with the most important people in our life.
